MACOM MAAL-011151 2-18GHz Ultra Low Noise Amplifiers are easy to use in a lead-free 5mm 32-lead PQFN package. The MAAL-011151 amplifiers feature an operating range from 2GHz to 18GHz and provide 15dB of linear gain, 19dBm of P1dB, and 3.5dB of noise figure at 10GHz. The device has a fully matched input and output to 50Ω with a typical return loss of >10dB.
